The Palm House
My wife and I refer to this house as the "palm house" for the gorgeous palm tree out front.
We live in the area and are both life-long Sacramento residents. We own just a couple of properties--each because we fell in love with the property.
I run a technology firm here and have helped over a dozen new employees and friends move into the area over the years. And before we owned a home in Midtown we each rented for over a combined ten years.
Location is key, and in Midtown it's nice to have amenities like a washer and dryer, garage, large backyard and a master bathroom.
